We are very excited to let you know that Keep Calm Prepare for Change 2013 is nearly here. In fact it’s next week!
Hot on the heels of British Food Fortnight and National Curry Week we have a great programme planned on Tuesday 15 October at University of Manchester’s Museum – Kanaris Theatre
This time of the year there’s lots going on about food. As the leaves on our trees turn golden thousands of people up and down the country are celebrating harvest time. So it’s timely that we debate food and how we can feed ourselves in the future.
Why not have a peek on our eventbrite page to find out what we are going to debate and who our great line up of experts will be.
We are also delighted to have the RSA Chair of Trustees Vikki Heywood giving the keynote speech.
Local Manchester based Fellows recently made a film ‘Feeding Cities’ directed by Caroline Ward and produced by Squirrel Nation, which will be shown during the evening.
There will also be half an hour workshops on RSA and Catalyst, a Fellow led project - Container Farm and an UnLtd workshop to give you a flavour of projects, partnerships and what we are all about.
Hope you can join us for the evening.
